What Did We Do?

Understanding that excessive downtime was unacceptable to both the property owner and the tenant, our crew stocked their van at once with all of the equipment they could need to tackle the water damage. Arriving on site, a quick damage assessment was conducted with moisture sensors, with the leak’s source identified and patched. Once that was sorted, work began soaking up and removing any remaining water in the building, followed by a thorough stripping of all of the soaked drywall. Spraying the surrounding area with antimicrobial compounds, the SERVPRO workers ensured that no molds would be growing in the future due to the water damage. Work was then able to immediately begin on restoring the property further, with new drywall being installed. After the area was thoroughly dried with dehumidifiers, the office was like new and ready to resume normal operations.
